What the integration does
With the account holder's authorisation, the integration reads incoming Gmail messages to identify website and Checkatrade enquiries. It extracts relevant lead details and creates or updates CRM contacts so the team can follow up. The connected CRM workflow can prepare a personalised opening SMS using the contact and enquiry details.
How information is used
Message data is processed through n8n hosted on Render. Relevant contact and enquiry information is transferred to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. An OpenAI-powered action in the CRM helps prepare the opening SMS. Our privacy notice explains this data flow, retention and your rights.
Manage access or get help
You can revoke the integration's access in your Google account connections. This stops future Gmail access but does not automatically remove records already copied into the CRM or workflow history.
