Taking the admin out of care.

Health and care teams lose hours to work that isn't care: chasing information, re-keying it between systems that don't talk to each other, and answering the same questions again.

What we are researching.

Systems we have already proven elsewhere, and how they could carry over to operational health and care work.

01

Joining up systems

Connecting to the record and scheduling systems teams already use, so information moves between them instead of being typed twice.

02

Conversations with safeguards

Messaging that knows when to stop and when to hand a decision to a person, built on Sentinel and Moderation AI.

03

Documents and evidence

The document collection and checking we built for regulated legal and financial work, applied to operational paperwork.

04

The Gauntlet

Our assessment framework for testing an AI system before it goes live, so buyers can judge it on evidence rather than claims.

Why we think it carries over.

We have worked in HIPAA-regulated environments and with private health providers including dental practices and opticians. Our systems already run in FCA- and SRA-regulated settings where a wrong answer has consequences.

The same four things matter in care: meet people where they are, connect to the system of record, put safeguards around every decision, and measure the outcome.

Everyone else

Legal, finance, retail, distribution or something we haven't listed. New work starts with a paid discovery: we map the process, the systems it touches and the number worth moving, then tell you whether a build will pay back.
